Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Let the Light In Photography. By booking a session or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply to all our services, including wedding, pre-wedding, maternity, couple, and family photography.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 working days of confirming your booking.
  • A further 50% is due 72 hours before the wedding date.
  • The final 25% is to be paid within 72 hours after the reception.
  • For other session types (maternity, couple, family), a minimum 50% advance is required to secure the booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
  • Cancellations may lead to a loss of deposit depending on the timing and reason.

3. Deliverables & Timeline

  • Wedding Photographs will be delivered within 15–18 business days.
  • Wedding Videography will be delivered within 21–24 business days.
  • For non-wedding sessions (e.g., maternity, family), delivery of edited photos is within 10–14 business days.
  • All final photos and videos will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery and download link, valid for 90 days from the date of upload.

Requests for access beyond the 90-day period will incur an archival recovery and administration fee.

4. Edits & Additional Work

  • Clients are entitled to two (2) rounds of post-production adjustments at no extra cost. This may include color correction, exposure tweaks, or removal of minor distractions.
  • Additional revisions or complex retouching requests beyond the two complimentary rounds will incur extra charges.
  • Final artistic discretion rests with the photographer and videographer.

5. USB Deliverables (Optional)

  • If requested, final images/videos can be delivered via USB flash drive.
  • Upon delivery of the USB, the project is considered fully completed, and the commitment to host the downloadable gallery for 90 days no longer applies.
  • While we may keep the gallery live as a courtesy, we recommend immediate download and backup upon receipt.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • Let the Light In Photography retains full copyright for all captured images and videos.
  • Clients are granted a non-commercial license to share, print, and enjoy their photos/videos.
  • Any commercial use or resale must receive prior written permission.
